Welcome to Healthcare Magic
You seem to be having fungal infection called Tinea. You need to avoid sweat accumulation, keep the area dry and clean. Avoid sun exposure. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. You will need to apply anti-fungal medication like clotrimazole powder or terbinafine ointment which works better in penetration. Also you will need tablet fluconazole 150mg once a week for 4 weeks in most cases, but DO NOT attempt to start any treatment on your own. Consult a Dermatologist, and you will be prescribed appropriate medication according to your problem.
