I Have Chronic Pain And I Wake Up Multiple Times

I have chronic pain and I wake up multiple times during the night in pain. sciatica pain, leg pain, arms gone numb, knee/leg thrashing in pain, foot pain, or the bottom of my feet have gone numb. I understand most of the pain reasons but what would cause the bottom of my feet to go numb like they have gone to sleep? while I am sleeping on my back? I have an adjustable bed with a latex foam mattress and use a thin same type pillow. I have also a bulge disc and bone spur in my neck so I have to watch which way I lay my head. I have already had two shoulder surgeries on my right shoulder and know that my hands will go numb if I sleep with my arms above my head. Just freaks me out when I am awaken with both my feet tingling with pins & needle pain.
