I Have Been Told I Tested Positive To RNP And

I have been told I tested positive to RNP and awaiting consultation with rheumatologist.
I do have symptoms of sore muscles and joints but no inflammation and no weight loss.
My symptoms seem more similar to Fibromylagia but does RNP only mean that you can have lupus or Mixed connective tissue disorders, or can it also mean fibromylagia?
Is it possible to be RNP positive but still be healthy?
I am also taking statins and anti-estrogen drugs for breast cancer, so thought these were causing the symptoms.
