I have been taking Dilantin for the past 4 years 250 milligrams at bed time to control my seizure' I went and had my levels tested last week (once a month) and my Doctor's office said that it was very high, they tested it again a few days later and now they want me to only take 200 milligrams for the next 10 day's and then get it tested again... p the doctor's nurse will not tell me what my levels are, the y are usually around 60, I am not sure about cutting back on the amount
