I Have Been Suffering Malnution And Dehydration For The Last

I have been suffering malnution and dehydration for the last month or so. I have had gastic-bypass surgery 5.5 years ago and have had 4 more surgeries since to correct complications. The latest surgery was about 1.5 years ago and they removed my while large stomach so now I just have the pouch. I am 5'10 and I am only weighing in at 120 lbs right now. My question is ...i know that I am showing signs amd symptoms of dehydration. ..shaky hands and dry mouth...higher then normal heart rate topped off at 150/bpm. This last 4 days my feet and lower legs have swollen up pretty large...it hurts and when I push on them my finger marks stay so I know I'm have edema but I'm not sure why. With all of theses/s present should I go to the emergency department?
Thank you
