The description you gave could fit in brachial plexus compression with probable thoracic outlet obstruction picture. Do you also have weakness of the left arm and hand. You could be having a sharp muscle edge of one of the muscles in your neck which can rub on the nerves and cause this problem. You should consult a Neurologist and do a Nerve Conduction Study as recommended to confirm nerve irritation and compression. There are lot of surgical approaches which can be done once you get confirmation with MRI Scan. Your Neurologist will be able to make the diagnosis best with MRI in hand as well. Avoid turning your neck much to right side for now. Avoid bending head forwards much as well as that can exacerbate the problem. Eat healthy, drink enough water, no smoking. Exercise daily. Contact your Neurologist or Neurosurgeon and get the problem solved.

HELLO
DEAR YOU HAVE LOCAL SYMPTOMS LIKE HEAVINESS, POPPING, LOCAL FEELING LIKE LUMP ETC. YOUR DOCTORS MUST HAVE DONE XRAYS . IF THEY ARE NIL THEN HAVE U UNDERGONE SUPER SPECIALTY? HAVE U DONE MRI CT ? IF NOT THEN GO FOR THAT. I THINK UR DOCS MUST HAVE DONE IT, IF THEY ARE NORMAL THEN GO FOR NEUCOBAL.....THATS SAFE AND WILL GIVE RESULT IF U LACK VITAMINS. IF SO THEN DNT WORRY AS UR DIAGNOSIS IS CLEAR.
IF YOU DNT GET RELIEF WITH COBAL, THEN TRY SUPER SPECIALIST LIKE SURGEON OR ENT, THERE ARE FEW GENIUS DOCTORS WHO CAN DIAGNOSE THE MUCH CONFUSED CASE !!! DNT LOOSE HOPE.
THANK U.

Dear ,
Regarding the Neck Pain , My Impession is that we are unnecessarily jumping into conclusions, without giving due importance to normal usuala sprains , which are the commonest causes. If you can apply daily Hot fomentation at the site of your problem and ain the neck region , You Might get good releif and afew commomn pain killers , mainly " Diazepam " , will work . It is a muscle relaxant than a Tranquiliser. Try 5 mg , b.i.d. and local application of any relxant.
