i have been losing weight without trying is this a sign of diabetes? its only been about 7 pounds since july, but is is something i should worry about. my fathers mother has dibetes and my mothers father had dibetes

You need to get you blood sugars checked as that is the gold standard method for diagnosing diabetes.
