I have been having uncontrollable very soft bowel movements every day about about two hours after I eat. It comes on me quickly and if I'm not near a bathroom i have an accident which is becoming more frequent. I recently had a colonoscopy which showed nothing. I usually cramp in the mornings for several minutes when my bowels are moving. Otherwise I feel great. I can't seem to narrow it down to certain foods.
