I have been having constant severe leg/foot cramps and bulging veins that is causing excruciating pain and now have big knots sticking out on the sides of my calf. The cramps are coming approx. every half hour and last about 2 minutes. This has been going on for about a month and is getting worse everyday. Should I go to the Emergency Room? I'm in severe pain. I had back surgery this past December 2015 where they fused my spine. But this pain and cramps is ten times worse than my back ever felt. Pain medicine doesn't help this condition at all. Do you recommend I take something over the counter?
