I Have Been Fighting A Flare Up Of Diverticulitis. A

I have been fighting a flare up of diverticulitis. A two days ago I had intense cramping and the next day lots of lower back pain (almost feels like a period). Now I still have lower left back pain that radiates up to my ribs. All this could be from the diverticulitis, but now I am having pain inside both arms around the elbow and inner thighs. I have had a DVT before in my inner right thigh and it reminds me of that. Should I be concerned?
