I have been feeling exhausted for 2 weeks and have had diarrhea too. I have been sleeping mostly and not feeling any better. My blood tests have elevated liver numbers 43 and way high B 12 1235 ...I have stopped taking all supplements and vitamins as I feel these may have had some contributing affect. msm Genegreek and magnesium in particular. Any ideas? I am eating the BRAT diet for 4-5 days. Thanks for your help
