I Have Been Experiencing Intermittent Vibrating Sensations In My Lower

I have been experiencing intermittent vibrating sensations in my lower chest on the left side. No pain, just feels like it's vibrating. Sometimes it lasts up to an hour, sometimes a minute. I have no idea what could be causing this, but it's just in the right spot where it could either be my heart or my stomach, and it's very scary.
I've had an ekg, barium swallow, both looked fine but I have also been experiencing some LPR symptoms in my throat for close to a year, I believe due to the muriatic acid I work around.
I smoke cigarettes, I have a lot of anxiety/panic, but the vibrations are not in my head. Please help.
