I Have Been Diagnosed With S-1 Radiculopathy And Pudendal Neuralgia.

I have been diagnosed with S-1 radiculopathy and pudendal neuralgia. I've been taking Cymbalta 60mg 1xd, oxycodone 10mg. 3xd, tramadol 100mg. 2xd, Adderall 20mg. 3xd, valium 10mg as needed. I've been trying to reduce my oxy. use. Have been told I'm aggressive, agitated, crying in excessively, no sense of time, paranoid/suspicious, grandiose, and a bit delusional. I have had serotonin syndrome 2 yrs ago, but not like this. Any thoughts? Thanks Stef
