I Have Been Diagnosed With RA For Jaw Pain, Would That Effect My Jaw ?

I can't completely close my mouth/jaw. It hurts to try closing tight or to open very wide. I woke up this morning with this pain and my ear was also hurting. I have been diagnosed with RA. Would that effect my jaw?
