Thanks a lot for using healthcaremagic. Your problems looks like you have depression. Meet a good psychiatrist for treatment. This is not iron deficiency or nutritional deficiency. Bye

Psychiatrist Dr. Keerthish Shetty's  Response
The symptoms you have described hint at the possibility of you being depressed or anxious. It is important to understand that there may or may not be any reason for you to get depressed/anxious. It is advisable to consult a psychiatrist, who will be able to help you after detailed evaluation. With proper treatment, you can regain the "brightness" which you had during your college days.

General & Family Physician Dr. Pragnesh Vachharajani's  Response
Hi,thanks for query. There are all the chances of some nutritional deficiency like Iron and Vitamin B12.This is more likely. Both of this when deficient can lead to decrease in functional ability and the problems that you have. Please visit your primary care physician for examination and investigation afterwords. Some form of anxiety may play a role but only anxiety can not lead to this.
Wishing you good health.
