I have back pain I have for bulging disc in my lower back but that's not what I need to talk about I am a female 190 pounds 5.4 I have gained 50 pounds in the last year from slowing down because of joint pain back pain but the weirdest thing is that I'm having severe feet pain but it's worse when I lay down I have muscle spasms muscles drawing app cramps swelling very hot feeling to the touch very cold feeling sometimes to the touch the pain is incredibly bad I cannot sleep sometime I'm awake for days because the pain is just this once you get into that sleep cycle so I'm totally exhausted and if I take a sleeping pill its only like being a drunk awake person I have never had such pain in my feet in my whole life and I worked in nursing for 23 years it feel like there is just stabbing shooting throbbing pain its almost unbearable and it seems like when I take ibuprofen and make it worse
