I Have An Autoimmune Deficiency Disorder Caused By Celiac Disease.

I have an autoimmune deficiency disorder caused by celiac disease. I've been absolutely exhausted since Friday. I slept and rested all day Sat & Sun. I thought I had a fever on and off, but don't have a therometer so was unsure. I had very slight sinus pressure & a slight sore throat on Sun. I wasn't congested, but was just a tad stuffy on Sat. I went to a clinic late on Sun. bc the fatigue was so severe. The medical professional only spent a moment with me & someone took my blood pressure. She said I have a sinus infection, but only after I shared with her that I have had many before. My temperature was normal or a tad below. I think blood pressure was normal.
I was given the Zpack and Flonase and took the 3rd dose of 5 of the Zpack last night but I'm still completely exhausted. I've never been so tired before for so long unless I was really sick. I don't think I have a sinus infection because I'm not congested, etc.

FYI - I take 2mg of clonapen per day (took 3mg, but have been weaning off it). I'm 115 pounds and 5'6 and am a 35 year old female.

Can you please advise? Thank you so much!!!
