I have a stomach ache and feel really tired, and i also have back ache. what could it be?

As you have got stomachache and backache together you should rule out appendicitis,renal colic.If you are female should rule out any problem in your genital tract.
Go for stool and urine tests for chronic dysentery and urinary infection.
