I have a sore throat and fever, the pain has traveled from the left side of my throat to my ear, I check and it seems to be like a gray ish or white patch I cannot really tell. And I just can't sleep or swallow anything. It bothers and is very painful I've been in bed for two days because of this and I cannot go to a doctor because I have no insurance or money to go...any idea of what it might be? I've been taking ibuprofen, water warm liquids and nothing seems to help. I can't take the pain anymore.
