I Have A Healthy, Normal 5 Month Old Son That

I have a healthy, normal 5 month old son that sweats very heavily down only his back during his sleep overnight only. He never does this during naps, just during his long overnight sleep. I always keep the bedroom at a cool, sometimes even chilly, temperature. I dress him very lightly and use a small, thin blanket to only cover some, not all, of his body. His bed is even close to the air conditioner. He hasn't been sick or ran any fever. only his back gets hot and sweaty. so much that he has sweat running all down his back, soaking his bed and clothes. it happens every night. not a single part of his body will be warm at all and he's drenched on his entire backside. He is beginning to teeth but doesn't run fever ever. He does have very tiny nasal cavities and he snorts all day long when he's upset, mad, hurt, laughing, etc. & snores almost all night in different sounds almost every night. what is causing the heavy sweating?? Should I get him to his doctor asap for it?? And is his nasal cavities gonna lead into a possibly severe problem one day??
