I Have A Chest Pain, Could It Be A Sign Of Heart Attack ?

I have a chest pain (sometime left sometime right sometime middle) could it be a sign of heart attack? Sometimes chest stomach burn too. ECG - Normal Blood Presure - Normal Cholestrol - Little high ( Total Chol - 238) At the moment I am taking tablets to reduce cholestrol level as per my Dr. s advice. Dr. doesn t give me an proper answer to continue it or to stop it. It is not an easy to find out good Doctors here too. My age - 37 Sex- Male

there are very many variables....do you have a family history of early heart disease before the age of 50? do you have these symptoms on rest or are they excercise induced? What is your HDL and your LDL? Have you ever had a stress test or a coronary calcium CT scan? Do these pains wake you in the middle of the night? I am a Nurse Practitioner and there are very many concerns here but it sounds like there is more to the picture; i.e. what is your height and weight; do you excercise; how often; when you say your B/P is normal what does that mean?
