I Have A Burn On My Arm That Blistered And

I have a burn on my arm that blistered and then scabbed over. A couple of days ago, I stupidly pulled the scab off, and when I just looked at it (because it's hurting a lot), I noticed that it's quite red with a short (about an inch and a half) red line following the vein up my arm. I realize that I need to see a doctor and possibly take antibiotics, but my question is will I be fine waiting until tomorrow around noon? I'm a single mother, and my daughter is sleeping. I literally have no way to get to a hospital unless I wake her up to bring her, potentially waiting for hours at the emergency room. Looking my symptoms up online has really freaked me out though. What should I do??
