I have Peripheral Neuropathy, Plantar Fascistic and Tarsal Tunnel, in both feet equally. The heat and pain have become unbearable and since cold helps, I've been going outside to pack my feet in snow. My dad is concerned that I might be further damaging my feet. Is that true? The pain from cold feet is significantly less than the pain from my symptoms. I've tried things from natural remedies to surgery and everything in between. Am I further damaging my feet and do you have any recommendations that none of my 4 Podiatrists, might not have know about.
