I Have Parkinson's. I Was Diagnosed 10 Years Ago But

I have Parkinson's. I was diagnosed 10 years ago but I lived with early stage Parkinson's about two years
before this. I am 69, reasonably fit and enjoy the outdoor
I am now taking 14 levodopa carbidopa 100/25 per day. Or two tablets every two hours from 8.00am to 8.00pm (waking day) I do not have much wearing off as I am getting continuity through the cycles.
In addition I have two 200/50 Sinemet CR during the night, the first one at about 8:30pm and the second at about 2:00am.
I am coping quite well with the side effects. The main one being involuntary movement occurring near the beginning of each cycle and the other being tremor which occurs at the end of each cycle.
Are you able to comment on my situation? Where am I on this journey and what can I expect to occur Next?
Tony
