I have Done a stool test today of my 1.5 year daughter as she was passing creamy pale colour stool ocesonlay.
The test results are as follows

Chemical Examination

Reaction : Acidic
Occult Blood : positive (trace)

Microscopic Examination

Micropages : 1-2/hpf
Red blood cells : Occasional

Rest things marked as absent. Also she is not on any medication from many days & eats normal food with with cow milk 4 cups a day.
She looks healthy, weights 10kg and no sign of pain or discomfort due to any stomach issue's. I wanted to know more about given results what could be the issue ? Is anything serious problem she is having & how to carry forward her treatment to cure these issues ?
