I had what I thought was a skin tag on my shoulder by my neck and for the last could days it has been itching. This morning I itched and it fell off. I looked at it and it was a Lil red from scratching but nothing abnormal. It continued itching through out the day until I felt a bump and took a look at it. It looked like a welt (like what a mosquito bite would) and another hour later looked again, it was bigger, still circular in shape but had a darker red ring around it. It has gotten to the size of maybe a little larger than dime size. It itches and burns
