I Had Surgery On My Right Knee 2 Years Ago,

I had surgery on my right knee 2 years ago, cleaned out frayed cartilage, trimmed the meniscus but I'm arthritic and it still hurts I never really got better.
Last week I was getting the same pre surgery pains in my left knee and now I get sharp pains off and on and I can feel tension from my rear end all the way down my leg, after sitting I can barely walk with constant pain. I have a high tolerance of pain but this hurts and I'm in constant pain just laying in bed I keep flopping around looking for relief!! Thoughts?
