I had racing heart, very shaky after car accident and left hip pain. Taken by ambulance dropped off in waiting room. I told ambulance of my heart concern and history of heart attack. Nurse said she wasn't told this I asked for ECG results sinus rhythm with ocassional ventricular premature complexes marked left axis deviation (QRS axis <-30 possible LAH Possible anterior myocardial infarction (30ms Q WAVE in V3/V4, or R <0.2 mV in V4 probably old NSSTTW abnormal ECG no stemi, compared to trace 12/01/2014 ventricular rate decreased,criteria for infarct are new,T waves more normal. Did I have a heart attack again? I was given hip X-ray and discharged home. Very upset given 2.5 Valium at hospital and script for Valium and muscle relaxer
