I Had My First Mamogram More Than 2 Years Ago,

I had my first mamogram more than 2 years ago, because I noticed something in my left breast. My family doctor then requested the test right away. After many, they did ultrasound & took biopsy and said I have fibroadenoma. Didn't recommend anything after. Last month had my next mamo & result was scattered dense fibro glandular tissue. Radiology clinic recommend bilateral screening breast ultrasound if not done recently. May I know your thoughts & opinion regarding this. The hospital is referring me to a specialist/surgeon.
