I had aortic valve replacement in 2004. I visit my cardiologist every year and he says the valve is doing fine. I told him that I have chest pain when I am physically or emotionally stressed. He had me do a nuclear stress test and it showed no signs of blockage. I don't think he believes me. Are there heart problems not caused by blocked arteries? I had chest pains during the stress test.
