I Had Angioplasty With Two Stents And Under Medication. I

I had angioplasty with two stents and under medication. I am told after all the examinations including Cardiac MRI that I have thinning of myocardium and I am told that I may have to go for ICD to regulate heartbeat which is a primary precaution as of now. I also had Holter test for 24 hours and there were few skip beats of less than 1.5 sec. Mylowest heart rate is 47 and highest 91 bpm on this test.
Is there any medication instead of ICD to improve my heart's electrical system to regulate for normal heartbeat to overcome bradycardia or tachycardia problem or even heart attack?
