I had a vasectomy 5 years ago and I currently am fighting off a bilateral epididymitis where I have gone through a couple rounds of Cipro and it has been 2 months now and ultrasound also found a small cyst at the top of the testicle. All that being said, including the reason I had the vasectomy, my wife and I were looking into semen extraction prior to this painful epididymitis. Now to my question... How much does epididymitis factor into semen generation and loss. Question 2 is how reliable are TESE and TESA prior to epididymitis and how would effect would it have on good semen percentage extracted? Thank you.
