I had a surgical abortion a week ago with the insertion of about iud for future protection. I bled for one day after the abortion with very minimal pain and what I would describe as mild period cramping (I suffer with bad periods so I'm used to the pain). Since then I have had intercourse once and now I am now bleeding again but it's not a period. It's very watery and had no consistency of blood although it is red and blood type when wiping. Almost like when a period is finishing. Is this normal or should I get myself checked?
