I Had A Second Root Canal Treatment On A Molar

I had a second root canal treatment on a molar that had an abscess under the root. About 36 hours later, I began experiencing excruciating pain that over the counter pain relievers did not help. My endodontist prescribed hydrocodone with acetaminophen and penicillan. This also did not relieve the pain. I went to the ER where I was given morphine, toradol, and IV antibiotics. After 24 hours, I was back in the ER as nothing was getting better. I was again given IV antibiotics, toradol, and a prescription for toradol. Blood tests were done, but did not show anything out of normal range. With another day of unbearable pain, and a second anitbiotic, Flagyl, prescribed, I chose to have the tooth extracted. It has been about 36 hours since then, and I am still dealing with terrible pain. I worry that something more is going on, as the pain is still pulsing and radiating throughout my jaw, ear, temple, and glands in my neck. Any advise on who to go to for help? I've been to a dentist, endodontist, oral surgeon, and have seen 3 ER doctors. I'm unable to sleep, and am desperate.
