I had a fall back on December 29th where I fell on top of a traffic cone that had a weight on it that was between 30 - 40 pounds. I learned that I fractured my collar bone and have a small tear in my shoulder. The way that I fell caused the cone to hit across my Breast and chest but I never saw bruising or anything. Today while laying in bed I rubbed under my chest in my rib cage area and discovered that is very sore and tender to the touch, Is it possible that I injured myself there to and never realized it?
