I had a boil down by my left scrotum area. I had noticed that when I would sweat in that area, there was a smell that would persist. Well recently the boil popped, but the discharge smelled like feces. it even look like feces and came out almost like diarrhea . As it continued to release, the pus was still black, or very dark brown but then it thickened up, was like a rubbery paste. I know it sounds weird, but it did happen...Can you tell what that might and what do I need to do?
