I Had A CT Scan To Check A Fused Back

I had a CT scan to check a fused back surgery from a year ago and the exray report is as follows. I am concerned with the soft tissue comment: XR LUMBAR SPINE 2 OR 3 VW 10/9/2015 4:12 AM
HISTORY: Low back pain. Fell to night
COMPARISON: 7/12/2014
FINDINGS:
NUMBER OF LUMBAR-TYPE VERTEBRAE: 5
VERTEBRAL BODIES: Normal in height. No vertebral fracture.
DISC SPACES: Progression of disc height loss at L1-2. Stable L5-S1 degenerative
disc height loss.
SOFT TISSUES: Right upper quadrant cholecystectomy clips.
ALIGNMENT: L2-S1 paraspinal rod and biventricular screw fusion. No evidence of
hardware failure or loosening.
Right hip prosthesis.
IMPRESSION-
L2-S1 spinal fusion hardware in normal alignment.
No acute fracture of the lumbar spine.
