I Got My Tonsils Removed And It Feels Like Blood Coming Out Making Me Hard To Breathe
i got my tonsils removed and it feels like bloods going down the back of my throught i recently got my tonsils removed and its only been a couple days and it feels like theres blood flowing on the inside of my neck and it hurts rather bad and is makeing it rather hard for me to breath what should i do?
This probably might be due to post tonsillectomy bleeding. It happens about a week after the surgery. It is not quite easy to make a measure of how much blood you are losing. So it better to visit ER immediately because if needed , bleeding has to be stopped by surgical approach.

If you feel the blood is flowing behind the operated area, please, get yourself examined by the operated surgeon immediately. The pain and difficulty in swallowing will persist for another 2-3 weeks post surgery. Please do follow the advice of your doctor.
Take care
