I got my foot caught and fell on some rock by a stream. Now my leg from my knee to foot is swollen. I had X-rays of knee foot and ankle nothing broken. I am almost 2 weeks out and the swelling has gone down but I still can't put pressure on my foot I have to walk on my tip toes on that foot it hurts to bad to put preassue down? My foot and ankle will start to swell again with too much activity?
