A lot of people who have High blood pressure also suffer from something called tacchycardia...rapid heartbeat. You may also be suffering from something my father in law does, ANXIETY. If you are very worried, go to the ER or make an appointment with your Primary Care. I am assuming this is not serious or else you wouldn't be on here asking about it. You cannot feel clots forming.

Hi,thanks for query.This could be due to rise in blood pressure or anxiety and stress.In case you are not feeling comfortable you need to visit your doctor and get your self examined for this.please do not ignore.Avoid drinks with caffeine, which can further add to the problem.
