I Developed A Small, Raised, Itchy Patch On The Back

I developed a small, raised, itchy patch on the back of my leg that had a bit of fluid. I had a biopsy because it looked exactly like basal cell carcinoma (which I have had before and am familiar with). the biopsy came back lichen simplex chronicus. After researching this I believe that this is wrong. No where can I find that it has any kind of clear or pussy discharge when scratched. The Dr. told me while doing the scraping for the biopsy that he was taking a very thin layer. Can you help me figure out if I need to see a different dermatologist?
