I can't stop lying and making up things and I want to be able to control it. It is driving people away and sometimes I dont even realize im lying it just comes out. I also believe the lies im telling that it makes me emotional. I just want to get help because It's ruining my life and I am having trouble moving forward and taking care of my responsiblities. I dont even know how i even started lying. I guess for attention seeking but I just dont want to be like this anymore. I want to be more trustworthy. What can i do to fix this please?
