I box as a form of exercise and recently, while hitting the speed bag I over shot a punch and hit the wall the bag is attached to, my middle knuckle if I touch or bump it in anyway I feel sever pain made worst if I feel the knuckle, recently I noticed it feels like a string or something along that almost and excuse my way of putting this but almost like if I had small worms in where the knuckle is should should I have this checked or is this something I could treat at home?
