I arrived home after being gone for three days taking care of my elderly mom. By the time the three hour drive was ending, my fingers were numb, my chin and lips were numb. Then I felt like someone poured ice water in my spinal column and upper arm. I was freezing, jaws chattering, shivering for over an hour. Today, I have nausea, along with diahhrea and vomiting and headache and severe nausea.
