I Am Wondering How Serious This Is For Immediate Attention,

I am wondering how serious this is for immediate attention, or can it wait until after the weekend? Today for the second time (previous 2 weeks ago) I had the tip of my right index finger turn white, numb, tingling. The first time, I rubbed it for less than a minute, and feeling & color came back, & tingling eased. Today, I rubbed for about five minutes without a change - finally my husband suggested running hot water in the sink and submerging it. That worked.
