I Am Taking Flecainide Prescribed By My Cardiologist. I Also

I am taking flecainide prescribed by my cardiologist. I also have chronic kidney disease and wonder if any of the drugs I take affect my GFR numbers which are low (39-46). Those numbers were higher (56-580 before I was diagnosed with sick sinus syndrome. The other Rx I take: metroprolol succinate ER and warfarin. I cannot take amiodarone - it's toxic for me.
