I Am Taking Tamsulosin, Atorvastatin, Ibebesartan And Metroprolol. The Heart

I am taking Tamsulosin, atorvastatin, ibebesartan and metroprolol. The heart medicine have been taking because of a heart attack 3 years back when a stint was placed. Recently, my doctor did a blood kidney function test and said the results were not normal. He scheduled a sonogram of the kidneys and bladder. I do not have kidney pains but do ache if I urinate many times at night. What is he looking for in the sonogram and what is the worst case scenario ?
