if u put u'rself under enough stress
and not eating right u can.
call your dr mon. and make an appt and speak to him/her about it.
it's not the 1st time they have heard about it so don't be embarrassed.
take it a moment at a time instead of a day or days at a time, i find this very helpful.
like i feel like writing so i am writing to u and in a few moments i may be ready for something else to keep my mind moving and changing.
