I Am On Vacation -- I.e. Not Near My Home

I am on vacation -- I.e. Not near my home Doctor. I have stenosis and last year had 3 injections for leg pain (sciatica). I have been fine since. Exercise regularly. Take Celebrex when needed. Two weeks ago, the pain came back--much worse. But is not chronic as before, but excruciating acute and then stops. Episodes of acute pain occur when I use the toilet and push. Also when I sit.
I have been using ibuprofen 600mg every 3-4 hours to get through vacation. I will be in Australian until end of month. Can I continue taking NSAID until I get home (stomach tolerates it) or should I see a doctor here for prescription medicine?
