I am in a constant bloated state, regardless of what I eat. The bloating feels worse while standing, and I do exercise regularly. I have taken excedrin on a somewhat steady basis for 5 years to treat migraines, though I quit using it 3 weeks ago after I learned about its effects on the stomach lining. I also used to smoke, but quit in 2013. I am a 29 year old male in good health, no history of digestive issues and none in the family. This bloating issue appeared suddenly about a month ago and has gotten progressively worse, to the point that it is affecting my daily activities and worsening my anxiety. I am not on any medications, other than Lansoprazole, which I had started taking 3 days ago, just incase the NSAIDs had damaged my stomach lining.
